Term Contract

Prime NYHHC environmental consultant for the following tasks:

Task 1—North Bronx Central Hospital:  Prepared Contract Specifications and Plans for the replacement of four buried fuel lines beneath an exterior sidewalk; Bid Phase Support; construction field inspections to ensure compliance with specifications; hospital basement asbestos survey adjacent to work area; investigated excavated exposed soils; created NYSDEC Spill Number; and prepared a Spill Closure Report.

Task 2—Elmhurst Hospital: ACM materials investigation was performed at the parking garage where repairs and renovations were scheduled.

Task 3—Coler Hospital: EPM provided asbestos bulk sampling, reporting and air monitoring services in association with as needed projects at Coler Hospital
