CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICE AND REMEDIATION OVERSIGHT

• Provide on-site personnel at all times to monitor remediation of hazardous materials from preparation of work area to final clean-up completion.

• Conduct periodic assessments on visible emissions/air monitoring in accordance with contract specifications, and all applicable codes, rules and regulations.

• Monitor and document hazardous material waste collection, handling, storage, classification, transportation and disposal.

• Maintain daily work journal including exceedances and corrective actions.

• Submit post remediation final documentation.
