HAZARDOUS MATERIALS CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES
EPM engineers and technical specialists provide construction support services, which typically consist of the following tasks:
- Response to requests for information
- Clarifications to contract specifications
- Review/comment Contractor Submittals (work plans, shop drawings, etc.) as required by the specifications.
Evaluations may include lead containment design for compliance with SSPC standards; asbestos procedures for compliance with NYC Title 15 regulations; Contractor's Work Plan for compliance with the specifications; and the Contractor's Health and Safety Plan for compliance with all applicable OSHA Regulations. Where Contractor Change Order requests require evaluation, EPM can assess the legitimacy of the Change Order request.
